I would like to join the Society of the War of 1812 in Virginia. What do I have to do to complete this application?

      Floyd:
I will contact you with the procedure. Under the photo of the firing of the musket on the bar underneath open the membership tab and an application form and procedures for submitting are there shown.

  2. Colonel William Schneck says:

I am a former commander of the 276th Engineer Battalion. This unit traces its lineage through the 1st Virginia Regiment and the Richmond area militia. I have compiled a documentary history of the unit during the War of 1812. If you would like a copy, please let me know.

    • Mike says:

      Colonel:
Have repiled to you by separate e-mail giving you my mailing address.
Yes, our Society desires a copy of your history of the Battalion and it’s connection to the War of 1812 in Virginia.

      Thank you for preparing it.
