Mike: Sam Smith here, working on War of 1812 Burial Project for 1812 vets buried in MD Cemeteries. I have two names, in Garrett County (far western Maryland border with VA and WVA) that were identified as affiliated with the 4th Reg. and it looks like in Capt Matthew McCowen’s Company. Wondering if I can get service dates and employment of the 4thReg. for:
Henry Dewitt
John Dewitt
